The class is suitable for both newcomers and those with more experience. Meditation instruction is available. The session is taken by Reiki Grandmaster and Healer Siddhartha Bhardwaj. The online meditation sessions with IRF will include guided meditation and healing by Siddhartha Sir.

The early morning meditation will always bring positivity, happiness, mindfulness, and success in life. Once you go into dhyana you are most likely to connect with yourself. The more you connect with yourself the more you realise the purpose of life.

About Our Meditation Mentor

Meditation at India Reiki Foundation is mainly conducted under Siddhartha Sir’s guidance. He does not only guides through the meditation but also sends healing through the session. Siddhartha Bhardwaj is a learned and quite knowledgable person in terms of Spiritual and Occult Science. Under his guidance many of our IRF students have achieved their goal and received new hope in life. They have also found the right path to walk on to fulfil the purpose of the birth.

Apart from Reiki, he also holds profound knowledge in Astrology, Numerology, Tarot Reading and Palmistry. His is skilled and experienced in chart reading and tarot reading predictions. No. Anyone can practice meditation and get enrolled in meditation sessions with or without any prior experiences. We will guide you through the meditation sessions.

Yes. Children can also meditate. Indeed practicing meditation in childhood gives better perspective in life in young age and finding the purpose of life becomes easy in later age. Study and career selections becomes easy for them. Children above 15 years old can join adult’s meditation sessions.

Meditation practice may sometimes take time. Initially you might take time to get connected with the practice but this should not leave any impression of failure in meditating or that your concentration is poor. Practice only can help you grow better in the practice of mindfulness and in that of meditation. Keep practicing meditation till the time you are not able to engage yourself in this practice. You can also try different types or ways of meditation if required.

Time given in meditation cannot be measured in seconds, minutes or hour. This science is all about making connection with higher realm or to your inner-self.  However, Science suggests that minimum of 12 minutes of meditation per day is important to receive health related benefits.
