This Reiki retreat is conducted by India Reiki Foundation in the lap of nature, alongside the Ganga river. IRF is a transformation center in India which focuses on arousing the enlightened self within us through Reiki, meditation and spiritual practices. IRF focuses on self-enlightenment through energy channelisation and Kundalinj activation. We offer training and healing sessions through various modalities that includes crystal and sound healing too.
This retreat is mainly for Reiki Level III enthusiast who have already completed Reiki.Level I & II from any Reiki Master. This is our approach towards 5 days residential reiki that will enable the reiki aspirants to learn higher level of reiki with day and night practical sessions while receiving the healing sessions themselves.
Waking up early morning at 6 Am to the greenery all around in the baokdrop of these tall mountains and the riverside and breathing in the rich fresh air could be a life changing experience in itself. The first activity of our retreat would be pranayama/breath-work, which would unleash the power of right breathing to us. The energy that flows through us after a breath-work over this practice even after the retreat.
Reiki classes will fill your day with lots of spiritual experiences after the pranayama session. This retreat will bring about changes in your aura as you will go through sessions for chakras balancing and aura clearing. A session or two for yoga will help keep your body activate and rejuvenated throughout the retreat. It is a technique where the flow of the exercises are stressed upon rather than the alignment.
